I’m Maryann, the creator behind Soulfully Reflected, and I help women shift from survival mode into sovereignty using faith, reflection, emotional honesty, and community.
Mother, creator, trauma survivor, and the woman God rebuilt from the inside out.
My healing journey created my mission:
to help women stop performing strength and start actually living in it.

Is this therapy? Are you a therapist?

Do I have to share anything publicly to be part of this work?

Are your offerings suitable for teens or younger women?
Many of the tools here—especially the journal and playlist—are safe and supportive for teens who are emotionally mature and ready to begin their healing. However, deeper work like the Reflect Her bot or coaching sessions is created for adults 18+. If you’re a parent or guardian considering a gift, feel free to message with questions.
Do you offer refunds on your products or sessions?
Due to the digital and experiential nature of everything offered through Soulfully Reflected, all sales are final. Once access is granted—whether it's a journal, playlist, healing tool, or 1:1 session—there’s no way to revoke delivery, which means refunds aren’t available.
